AC's outlook on the NBA is an entertaining original column featured here at Wagercom. If you are prone to NBA betting or even just an NBA fan, make sure you come back often to read his articles and free NBA Basketball picks against the spread. AC will be providing us with a weekly outlook during the basketball season including free NBA Basketball picks on some of the weekend games each Friday and Saturday.
Our NBA expert AC has had 3 consecutive winning seasons picking NBA games against the spread for a combined 317-281 record yielding a 53% winning percentage which would have won you money including the VIG. AC does this out of the kindness of his heart and for the naked pictures of your girlfriends you send him as a token of your appreciation. So enjoy the columns and the picks..
AC'S NBA BASKETBALL FREE PICKS PLAYOFFS WEEK 6:
While AC is still picking games this week, he will not be providing a column as he is still in mourning over the Celtics’ franchise ending loss in the lottery. AC has spent the week drinking, drinking, and drinking, all to forget about the ping pong balls and Danny Ainge’s overall incompetence. We at Wagercom.com are worried about AC but were able to reach him by phone to get his pick for Sunday. We tracked him down in a Brazilian “American Bar” where he screamed at us in between chugs of his Jack and Coke (hold the Coke) that the lottery was rigged, Danny Ainge loves young boys, and if the Celtics draft Yi Dingaling, AC will change his name to World Don’t Be Free and move to Uzbekistan. That said, he did give us this pick:
Saturday 5/26/07 NBA Playoff Picks:
Even though basketball is dead to me thanks to my Celtics getting the #5 pick in the lottery and thus being left without Oden or Durant while still retaining Danny Ainge and Doc Rivers, I will still try to win you money tonight. I have been in mourning since Tuesday night since the Celtics are officially dead. They had a nice run (except for the last 20 years) and now can rest in peace and not be bothered ever again. If they sell 50% of the seats for home games next year I will be shocked. Thank you ML Carr for starting this off, Rick Pitino for adding to the ineptitude, Chris Wallace for taking ineptitude to the next level, and Danny Ainge for driving the final nail in the coffin. Thanks for the non-memories guys.
San Antonio at Utah Over 190:
As much as I think this could be a Utah blow out, I wouldn't want to bet on it. The Spurs are just so much better than everyone else, it's like having Bill Gates in your elementary school science class. This is a tricky pick since both games have been over 190, but given the 30% chance of a blow out, it is likely one team breaks 100. Take the over and root for Okur to get hot from three and the Spurs not to slow the game down too much.
Sunday 5/27/07 NBA Playoff Pick:
Detroit at Cleveland -3.5:
The safer bet would be the over on 172 but the Cavs are due for a win after keeping it close in games 1 and 2. This will probably be a blow out, not as bad of a blow out as any team vs the Celtics in this upcoming year, but probably a 12 point win for the Cavs. As long as Cleveland comes out strong and keeps the pressure on Detroit for the first half, they should be able to cruise. Take the Cavs and hope LeDong stops listening to people and just plays. And f Danny Ainge.
