COLLEGE FOOTBALL WEEK 8 PICKS
After my worst week of gambling since I parlayed Germany, Japan, and Italy to win the war I find myself at a crossroads. It’s a literal and metaphysical crossroads with two clearly divergent paths stretching out towards infinity. After much thought I have decided to take the road to the left the one with the neon lights that read “LIVE NUDE.”
Note to Pete Carroll: Charlie Weiss owned you in the NFL and you barely beat him last week when he has next to no talent. Might be time to head back to the NFL and hope he doesn’t follow you.
Saw lots of complaints from USC fans that the grass was too long at ND. That might be the gayest excuse to date. Did the meanie ND fans call you names too?
It pains me but ND is back, don’t worry you’ll hear all about ad-nausea (not a spelling error, when they’re done you’ll be completely nauseous)... from whatever token ND fan lives in your area.
You do realize the Big Ten and Big East get automatic BCS bowl slots The MAC and Sunbelt must be furious.
Ty Willingham is the best dressed coach that knows nothing about football. A backhand honor perhaps, but the only one he has any hope of winning.
Though I don’t particularly like him Bush is the Heisman winner so far. First and only time you’ll catch me not liking Bush.
Bama and UCLA still haven’t sold me. UCLA has the offense and Bama has the defense. Perhaps they could be joined in some sort of sick collegiate sexual congress that would produce a BCS challenger. This is illegal in a lot of places but Alabama ain’t one of them.
COLLEGE FOOTBALL FREE PICKS

Michigan + 2 ½ @ Iowa
If you love mediocre football you can’t miss this game. If you do tune in you’re probably on suicide watch anyway.
Northwestern +13 @ Michigan State
I love this quote last week from the MSU coach “the kids are playing hard but the coaches are letting them down.” The way he said it was obviously the other coaches not him. Hey Douche-bag you’re the head coach and your team keeps losing because you suck at your job. MSU will get ahead then piss it away just like they always do.
G-tech +16 @ Miami
Miami QB Kyle Wright has been fairly incompetent so far, now he’s hurt and incompetent. Remember Temple shut them out for a half. Christ that’s gotta be humiliating.
Nebraska @ Missouri -2
Nebraska has avoided playing anyone with an ounce of talent this year, Missouri has exactly one ounce.
USC -30 @ Washington

Even SC can’t fall behind these guys. Seattle high schools are dying to get the Huskies on the schedule.
Texas Tech @ Texas -15
Now the question is can Mack win the non-big game.
Tennessee +3 ½ @ Alabama
I don’t know why but I can’t buy into Bama. I still miss Mike Price. Shula doesn’t have the pizzazz. No hookers, no cocaine, no way!

Oregon State @ UCLA -9
Current OSU QB and former Bruin Matt Moore takes the field against his former team. If there’s one thing people learned while Moore was the Bruin’s starter; it’s that the kid knows how to lose, and lose big… it’s pretty unlikely much has changed.
Auburn @ LSU -6
So many paper Tiger pretenders in one stadium. I’ll take the more colorfully dressed ones.
