For those of you new to this football betting picks column, our expert NFL football handicapper Jiggy is coming off a money making 2003-2004, 2004-2005, and 2005-2006 NFL season.posting a winning record on both his NFL football picks and NFL Lock of the Week against the spread. Each week during the NFL season Jiggy will share his free winning NFL football picks as well as his entertaining take on the current happenings of the NFL.

NFL Week 12 Free Picks & Column

Gobble, Gobble.

Burt ReynoldsThe Jig has been feeling good lately. I mean real good. I feel like Burt Reynolds right after he landed the role of Jack Horner in Boogie Nights. Before that, he was best known for is virtuoso performances in Cannon Ball Run II and Smokey and the Bandit I and II. But after the Boogie, he was back. I mean, he almost became vogue. It didn’t hurt that he got to pseudo cavort with Heather Graham (ahh, have roller skates ever looked better?) whilst she wore little more than skates.
Heather Graham Roller Girl

So Jiggy has also re-risen from the depths. Now we gather our might, our fortitude and our prowess and make some real money down the stretch.

Because it is Le Temps de Dingue I will keep this column short. However, it does bear mentioning how great this week is. I would much prefer if there was mid week NFL all year long. Why can’t we have teams rotating through a Thursday game as well as a Monday night game? It would increase viewership, allow for more exposure and consequently more advertising dollars. This is a win, win, win. The NFL wins, the advertisers win and Jiggy and his loyal fans win as well.

As Jiggy often does after an undefeated week, I have decided to haunt Vegas for the Holiday weekend. The crew and I take the Wagercom jet to Vegas and grab our usual suite. Then (only after winning weeks) comes the true relaxation. Not unlike Jeff Epstein and his predilections, Jiggy needs some attention.

Jeff EpsteinJeff’s story is sad – but it could have all been ok. Jeff, my main man, you don’t need to pay underage girls for sex, just pay girls who look underage for sex. Anyhow, Jeff’s story is a must read for all aspiring gamblers, financial moguls and pedaphiles. Read it here and here. We all wish Jeffrey well and hope that a sensible conclusion to this mess is found.

Anyway, back to Vegas. After relaxing it is important to gamble on cards or dice. Then comes the dinner. Always steak. I figure that I will die very young from something, so I may as well be full when that happens.

And then it is time to watch the games. I like to have bikini clad women change the little scoreboard I keep in my suite. It is a bit pedestrian and somewhat a throwback, but hey, I am nothing if not a nostalgist (should be a word).

Anyway, let’s make some money.

Results from last week –

The Cowboys did what the Tuna thought they’d do. They played conservative offense and stellar defense and made Peyton into the pool boy that he is.

The gutty Niners are really on their way to the playoffs. Cristal for everyone.

Philly, I am sorry for the Birds. They are going to have a VERY difficult time winning with Jeff ‘lucky’ Garcia at the helm.

GB, whoa is you. Good luck with Todd Bauman. Hey is probably a franchise QB that has just been over looked for his ENTIRE career. That was sarcasm.

The Diego is going to be SO strong when their defense returns and is at full strength again. I see them in the Superbowl this year.

Eli, Eli Oh. The Jags D is tough, but not that tough. Come on and make something happen.

And who let Miami know that they could play some football. Who knows, maybe Joey Harrington isn’t the worst player to ever wear cleats.

Denver offense is as bad as their defense is good. Think about that.

On to the free NFL picks…

Mike Bell

Mike Bell (Den) at Larry Johnson (KC)– Denver +1.5

As some of my more ethnic friends always used to say, “oh no you didn’t.” To which I would always respond, “oh yes I did.” To which they would respond, “damn.” This sums up my feelings about this game. We have the Superbowl winning Shanahan versus the worst living coach in the NFL (superlatives intentionally superlative) Hermie Edwards. I do have to give Herm some respect for getting as many wins as he has gotten for the lowly Chefs, but the party ends here. Denver needs to re-establish themselves as the dominant force that they are. And they are going to do it on Turkey Day. Thanks to the bickering between the NFL and various cable networks, few people will be able to watch the game. But even if you can’t take the Broncos, the points and the free money.

Rudi Johnson

Cincy (Cin) at Cleveland (Cle) – Cincy -3

Why would the lowly steelers be 3.5 point favorites at Cleveland while the storming Cats from Cincy are only 3 point favorites? Jiggy is baffled. But Jiggy isn’t so baffled that he will miss this opportunity for some more money! Take the cats and give the points.

Frank Gore

NFC Leading Rusher, Frank Gore (SF) at Stevie Jackson (Stl) – NINERS +5.5

I try to avoid picking the 9ers because I invariably over value their talent. But this is a team that is riding a win streak (both straight up and ATS) and they are playing the hurting Lambs. Look for the Niners to actually win (or at least keep it close). The new Niner D is solid and the running game has been stellar. Take the Niners (of Santa Clara?) and the points. As an aside, it is customary to scream the following at the television every time Frank Gore gets the ball, “I am Frank Gore and you cannot hurt me!”

ladainian

Lamont (from the Urdu meaning The Mont) (Oak) at LT (which is Urdu for the best running back playing football today) (SD) – SD -13

This spread is LARGE. But it is going to be a total ass whipping. The poor raiders finally felt like they had a chance for a win and then Aaron did what Aaron do. The Raiders spirit has been totally ripped from their bodies and the Chargers have to continue rolling towards the superbowl. Take the bolts and give the points.

Many of my fans ask me where I wager. I have a gambling problem so I bet on everything from the ponies to how long (in inches) my excrement is. But I have been a proud customer to sportingbetusa.com for some time ( Join www.sportingbetusa.com now and receive a generous sign up bonus. ). They have good lines, great promotions, many betting options and most importantly, I get my money from them on time. They have signed a deal with Wagercom.com. So if you are looking for an online book, try them out. They are Jiggy tested and Jiggy approved.
