Congratulations are in order for DJ who picked 6 out of 8 games correctly in his week 11 college football picks (a 75% winning percentage against the spread.) Here are DJ's free college football picks against the spread for week 12:
UCLA +10 @ WSU
I know ya think I’m crazy. The only reason for this pick is that WSU QB Kegel is hurt and one hit could knock him out for good. The question is can Karl “Radio” Dorrell take advantage or will he just sit there pulling his pud as he has for the rest of the season.
WASHINGTON -16 @U OF A
The Huskies are bad but the wildcats are worse. Trivia Fun question: Remember when Arizona used to be a respectable program? Answer: Neither does anyone else.
VTECH -4 ½ @ PITT.
Pitt. was overrated, is overrated, and will continue to be overrated the Hokies have outside shot at the BCS. Pitt just has an outside shot (I don’t know what that means, but it isn’t nice).
WISCONSIN +7 ½ @ MINN.
A big ten power football snooze fest. If the Smuckeyes and their, if you can’t beat’em just murder them attitude, couldn’t beat Wisconsin I doubt the Gophers can do better. Alvarez out bores another team and makes some Bowl game committee cringe. Yeah we got Wisconsin! Now if we can just match them against Army circa 1940, we can eliminate that pesky forward pass entirely.
GTECH -13 @ DUKE
Gtech can play D, Duke can’ play at all. Nuff said.
TEXAS -3 @ OKLAHOMA ST.
Two vastly overrated teams, both got their comeuppance against OU. Mack Brown will get out-coached again…But will win because he has more talent again.
K-STATE -18 @ IOWA ST.
The wildcats are back to what they do best beating up on bad teams and losing to anybody with any skill. Good news this week, the cyclones have been practicing sucking all year, and have almost perfected being blown out.
NEBRASKA – 16 ½ @ KANSAS
How we love Nebraska. The Huskers can’t beat a good team and blow out the bad ones. Kansas can’t stop the run bye-bye jayhawks.
MIZZOU -4 @ CU
Barnett used to start slow and finish fast, now he just putters the buffs along. Worst Buffalo team in a long time vs the best tiger team in years.
FSU -16 1/2 @ CLEMSON
Papa Bowden is personally going to send his son to the unemployment line.
TEXAS A&M +32 ½ @ OU
Betting against OU is insane, but I’m a wacky guy. The Sooners will have a letdown and Franchione can keep the score close…usually.
