USC – 8 ½ @ ND
Kills me but SC is playing pretty good ball. Lendale White is going to be their tailback. He runs like Fargas but with actual running back instincts. The game against Pitt was an aberration. With two losses Pitt has to fall in the overrated pile. SC defense wins this game.
CAL @ UCLA -3
This should be a fun game. Which Cal tem shows up the one that beat SC or the one that had their lunch money taken by a bunch of beavers. I say a combo. Cal traditionally has issues with UCLA, and their defense is terrible. Unless UCLA hands them the game the bruins win.
WASHINGTON STATE -10 @ Stanford
Stanford is still a bad team, Teevens is still a bad coach. If the Stanford players were so smart they should have transferred by now. I smell an impending academic scandal. The Cougs will commit murder at Stanford just like the Cardinal’s first president.
BC -3 ½ @ SYRACUSE
Even though Donovan Mcnabb is playing like a college sophomore he ain’t playing for the “Cuse. BC is a solid team.
WAKE FOREST -11 @ DUKE
Everybody beats up on Duke…Until hoops that is. Wake Forest can avenge a bunch of losses in their favorite sport. It’s not like anyone is actually going to watch this game anyway.
FLORIDA @ ARKANSAS – 5 ½
Ron Zook looked smart last week beating LSU. However the odds against Zook being smart 2 weeks in a row are astronomical. Zook vs Nutt, sounds like a bad porn, ya gotta love it.
IOWA @ OHIO STATE -4
Boring big ten football is back in a big way. Run, run, run, punt! This week in an effort to be more honest OSU is just taking a hit out on several Iowa players. No more classless choking, a hit is much more antiseptic.
TEXAS -16 ½ @ IOWA STATE
Mack Brown can go back to beating up on teams with a quarter of the talent his squad has. Can you imagine how bad this guy would be if he wasn’t at Texas. I’m just waiting for him to hire Mackovich as a special consultant.
Texas A&M @ Nebraska – 10 ½
A&M can’t stop the run, Nebraska can’t do anything but run. Seems pretty simple really. Also this will be a pissed off group of Cornhuskers after losing to Mizzou. Pissed off Cornhuskers… That just makes me laugh.
